Emergency support is included for all customers who have a RundUmsorgt maintenance contract or have booked our complete package. Please note that emergency support is offered in the fair use model. This means that you receive inclusive support as long as the website has not been disrupted due to gross negligence (e.g. an editor has assigned the password "12345" and his account has been hacked).
