We charge EUR 150 per hour or part thereof. The first hour is to be paid immediately after acceptance of the order, we accept instant bank transfer and PayPal. You will receive an invoice after order acceptance.

Emergency support does not apply to our RundUmsorgt customers. These are covered by our RundUmsorgt maintenance contractwhich includes support.
