Internal messagesA new website for ESSEN WISSEN Foundation Eildermann

We are proud to announce the addition of another beautiful garden website to our garden colony. The Essen-Wissen.de website was rebuilt with our page builder. The primary customer request was that the content could be largely created and changed by the foundation's employees themselves.

We proudly announce the addition of another beautiful site garden to our garden colony.

The website Essen-Wissen.de was rebuilt with our page builder. It contains

  • a section for news,
  • a section for recipes,
  • a glossary
  • static pages in which the offers are presented
  • A diary and request option for the cooking bus
  • a way to donate directly to the Foundation.

The primary client request was that content for news, recipes and glossary as well as design elements such as photo galleries could be created and modified by the foundation's staff.

The design of the website was done by Mr. Geritz from the agency Kwirk designed. We programmed the website based on his design. It is built on WordPress and uses the following modules:

  • Beaver Builder Page Builder.
  • Ultimate Addons Beaver Builder.
  • Astra Pro Theme as the main theme.
  • Own child theme "Essen-Wissen" with individual additional programming.
  • Advanced Custom Fields Pro for special fields in the Recipe and Glossary sections.
  • Ajax Search Pro Plugin for type-ahead search in each of the individual areas News, Recipes.
  • Contact Form 7 for the various forms.
  • Relevannsi plugin for improved full-text search.
  • News slider for the start page.

The collaboration was very pleasant and in the end we received great feedback from the editors responsible: "Editing the website is fast and now really fun„.
